Call us, email us, mail us or click the quotation request to get the price quotation. When contacting us, please provide your name, email / phone number, theme color, event date, zip code of event location, and number of chair covers needed. We will send you the quotation within 48 hours.
You can reserve your date by signing a contract and submitting the deposit of $100.00. Please contact us if you have any questions.
2. SAMPLE REQUESTS
Want to ensure the proper fitting of the chair covers? We would be glad to send you a sample set of chair cover and sash. Sample fee is only $10.00 to cover the shipping cost. You can try the chair cover on the chairs at your venue to make sure it fits perfectly. Once you reserved your date, the $10.00 will be credited to your account. You can keep the sample for 7 days before you send it back to us.
3. SHIPPING
Wedding Concept will ship our chair covers using UPS/Fedex Ground. We will notify you the shipping information and the estimation date of arrival. Signature is required at the time of delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the chair covers.
If you want us to ship the chair covers to the event location, please notify the catering manager that you are expecting packages from Wedding Concept. You will receive the chair covers and sashes folded in the boxes. We also include the instructions on how to tie the sash.
We want to make sure that you receive the chair covers on timely, please help us to provide correct and complete address information including floor #, Apt # or Suite #.
4. RETURNING
To save your time, we have prepared the shipping labels for you. Simply remove chair covers and sashes, pack them all in the boxes. If the boxes are in good condition, you can use the same boxes that they came with. Otherwise, please provide return shipping boxes. Seal the boxes and affix the return label (s) provided. Drop them off the following day after your event at your nearest UPS/Fedex Store before 3 p.m.
